You MUST put your dog on a lead if you are walking your dog near arable fields
Can we REMIND you that dog fouling is ILLEGAL and has an impact on the health and well-being of residents. If you are a dog owner it is ESSENTIAL that you clear up after your dog and deposit the waste in the bins provided or use your general waste bin at home.
Dog fouling can be a nuisance and is a danger, especially to children. It can lead to parasitic disease and serious illnesses.
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY – WE WILL TAKE ACTION AND REPORT YOU
If there is not an IMMEDIATE improvement the Community Council will take further action which will involve reporting offenders to the Police and Scottish Borders Council. This could result in a knock on your door and a fine!
