Penmanshiel Wind Farm has established a Community Benefit Fund as part of its ongoing commitments to communities in the vicinity of the wind farm.
The purpose of the fund is to enable communities to carry out improvements to their local area. This fund provides over £12,000 to Preston and Abbey Community Trust (PACT) annually. We also receive an annual payment of approximately £9000 from the Local Electricity Discount Scheme (LEDS).
